Everything included and everything excluded is published on this page. Anything beyond it gets a separate written estimate.

Your domain and hosting stay in your name. The build is deployed to infrastructure you control, not rented back to you.
The balance is yours to withhold
Half up front, half only after you approve the finished build in writing. That is the whole leverage structure, and it points at me.

What do I pay now, and what do I pay later?

You pay a 50% deposit to hold your slot. The remaining balance is invoiced after you approve the finished build in writing, and is due before launch or handoff.

What do I need to supply?

Final copy, your logo and your photos. The delivery clock starts when complete content is received, not when you pay. Custom copywriting is not included in the base scope.

How many revisions are included?

One revision round on a Landing Page and two on a Five-Page Website.

How long does a build take?

A Landing Page is 7–10 business days after kickoff and a Five-Page Website is 14–21 business days.

Do you cover domain and hosting?

No. Domain registration and ongoing hosting are separate and stay in your name, so you own and control them. The build is deployed to hosting you control.

What is not included?

Ecommerce, custom applications or member portals, custom copywriting, unlimited revisions, domain registration, ongoing hosting or maintenance, and ongoing SEO or AEO campaigns. Anything outside the listed scope requires a separate written estimate.
